About Us

SMSU Women's Rugby Football Club's purpose is to provide its members with an opportunity for social interaction, fun and leadership growth while learning and competing in the sport of rugby. We compete in National Collegiate Rugby's Northern Lights Conference Division III and have two seasons, Fall XVs and Spring 7s. Practices are Mon, Wed, Fri from 6:30-8pm. Locations vary due to weather. See our events for practice locations and times.

SMSU Womens Rugby was established Fall 2013 with a hiatus due to COVID from spring 2020-Fall 2024. Since it's founding, it has held a high standard of excellence in competition.
